We have gone through a lot as our little family. Like – a lot of traumatic events back to back to back. It made it hard for me to be the best wife and mom that I could. I was emotionally raw. The kids were needy (in a totally normal way). But everything still felt too hard.

I had to learn who I was and how I was going to be a mom and a wife, and not lose myself in the process. I wish I could go back and spend that time with those babies as I am now! I want to give you everything that helped me deal with managing ALL of it. It’s not an easy fix. But it’s what works for us (or me and my non-diagnosed ADHD brain)!

I found that reaching for my Savior was the ultimate key to healing! The more I learn, the more I can pour into my kids! We are still human but this family is everything to me. I want to share the things I have changed, the systems I have created to calm my chaos!

If our story, my stories can help anyone – that’s what I’m here for. There were so many things I felt could NEVER happen in my life. Let’s just say. I’m not living the life I planned. I am living the life HE planned.

I finally have learned to trust in that plan and have found so much joy. Joy that eluded me for years. It’s possible to be FRAZZLED & HAPPY at the same time. I am a hot mess 99% of the time but I wouldn’t change a thing!
